I hope everyone is having a good weekend. Despite all of the rain. I originally had today off. But they asked me to work today. And sense I missed a day last week I said yes. So I can't complain too much that I'm having to go in. So about this months daily challenge. I'm getting the impression that you guys aren't really liking it too well. I know there's like a couple of you who do. But they are the obvious book people who I knew would like it anyway. So lesson learned after this challenge ends *which it is only 16 days from now* I won't be doing another book challenge. Next time I will chose something more interesting for everyone. So to make up for my lack of actual blogs and this months challenge here is another new Paris In My Pocket picture.

I gave this one a lot of thought and I think my favorite writer would have to be *for the time being* Cassandra Clare who wrote the Mortal Instruments series along with the Infernal Devices series and the Bane Chronicles and many more books that I have read and absolutely loved. She hasn't wrote a book yet that I don't absolutely love.
A book I love and hate at the same time is That Was Then This Is Now by S.E Hinton. It is the unofficial sequel to her classic book The Outsiders. Its about 2 boys Bryon an Mark, When Mark's parents die his best friends family takes him in. The 2 boys are obsessed with gangs like the ones from The Outsiders. But shortly after Dally and Johnny's deaths gangs are disband in Tulsa. So the boys create their own groups. It's a story of 2 best friends growing up and growing apart.
A couple days ago I promised new pictures were coming so here they are. Hope you like them. *No filters just tags*
This has to be one of the easiest questions on this whole challenge. A book I hated is The Host by Stephenie Meyer. I just couldn't make it threw. I constantly kept falling asleep while reading it. I never made it past chapter 13. It is sitting on a shelf in my house next to all of my other Stephenie Meyer books with a bookmark at the beginning of chapter 13 and will never be finished. I honestly cant tell you most of what happened up tell that point. It never made any sense to me. Stephenie could have done a lot better. A book that reminds me of home is Now & Then by Harriet Grey. It's a book based on the movie of the same title. Growing up my best girl friend Abra and I were obsessed with the movie. When she would come over we would act it out we had so many different games that involved the characters. It got to the point where we could recite the whole thing. I found the book at a thrift store years later. Abra and I had laugh about it. So I bought it and every time I come across it on the book shelf It reminds me of 2 little girls playing dress up acting out their favorite movie.
A book I read that I thought I wouldn't like but love is The Hunger Games. I didn't think I would be into the whole dystopian craze. I'm not normally into that whole what happens right after "the world ends" thing. I had always found it boring and not believable. But it really wasn't what I expected it to be like. And I'm really glad I gave into the hype and actually read it.
Over the weekend I have taken a hand full of brand new Paris In My Pocket Pictures for you guys. I'm posting them here and then I will post them to the P.I.M.P page. I tried to not do the same old thing again. I hope you like them.
