This isn't a normal 30 Day Challenge. This one is my personal challenge. Lately I have been wanting to get into better shape. I have always loved working out. And working on my core is one of my favorite things to do. But I have fallen out of the routine. I sat down and thought about it. The one thing that I never had with my work outs before was structure. With out it I would wake and talk myself out of that mornings work out. Saying I could always do it tomorrow. After a while tomorrow stopped coming. I would just give up. So I sought out a challenge that would force me to do something. Something that would challenge me and make me want to push myself and do more. Starting Wednesday I will be attempting to complete the following challenge. I'm sharing this with you not only to give myself further motivation to actually get this done, but also to challenge you do this as well. I'm not saying you have to or need to. But if you would like to do this challenge with me you are welcome to.
