Being an adult can be so stressful. And being an adult with anxiety can feel that much worse. Whenever I'm stressed or have anxiety I love listening to music. Another thing that helps is calm breathing. I normally take a deep breath in lifting my hands palm side up. Then breathe out flipping my hands palm side down then push my hands down as I breathe. You can literally feel the stress and air move out of your body. In with the good air out with the bad. As lame as it sounds it really works for me.
