I wen't threw my quote book recently, and noticed how many positive and uplifting quotes I have written down over the years. I have the tendency to look on the bad side of things. It's hard for me most times to think positive about things.
I'm going to try and work on that. With a new little category I will be calling Note To Self. On each post I will put something I want to work on in myself or a quote I think is inspiring or uplifting.
Why am I doing that on here and not in a journal or a diary? I thought about doing that. But then I also thought that, that by sharing this hopefully on a day where you are feeling down, have anxiety, or need a little bit of inspiration in your life. That this could not only be here for me to feel good about myself. But here for you to feel good about yourself as well.
