A book I have read more then 3 times is Dear John by Nicholas Sparks. It's a love story *it's a Nicholas Sparks book of course it's a romance novel* about a guy named John who's life was pretty much going nowhere. So he inlisted in the Army. Upon coming home for a 2 week leave he meets Savannah. A girl on spring break. Who is unlike any girl hes ever met before. But despite all of their differences they fall in love. After John's leave is up he is deployed to Iraq. Savannah and John vow to stay together threw letters... The story is about the pain and hardships of having and keeping a relationship with someone overseas. I for one am a big fan of Nicholas Sparks. I have read and own most of his work. Dear John is a book that once I start reading it I just cant put it down. No matter how many times I have already read it.
I wouldn't call this the best book I read last year... But a book that I read and really liked last year was City Of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare. It is the 6th and final book in the Mortal Instruments series. City Of Heavenly Fire was a great way to end the series. It however wasn't my favorite in the series. Those of you who have seen the City Of Lost Bones movie should not base your opinion on this series by that movie. The books are so different. And I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'm not going into detail with this book because it is the last book. I just don't want to give anything away.
